| The technique system of Xianju Pharmacy is composed
of interior organization and exterior cooperation enterprise. The
interior standing bodies are Product Development Department, Applied
Technique Department and Laboratory. There are 213 engineering specialized
technical personnel in the company (There are 79 staff with medium-grade
professional title or above.). They are about 15% of the employees.
Exterior cooperation enterprise is composed of more than ten institutions
of higher education and scientific research organizations. Xianju
Pharmacy has strong product development ability and production capacity.
The company began commit itself to develop and research steroid hormone
products. Now it is the outstanding one of the industry. It has advanced
medical experiment equipment, such as full automatic fermentation
tank, detection facilities, such as high performance liquid chromatograph,
production equipment, such as injection and tube automatic production
line, and other automatic control system. So the results of production
development can transform into system engineering. The lasting, stable
and high performance investments guarantee it can throw new products
into the market every year. Now, the company has more than 50 products.
The well-known brands are Han Zhu Ting, Xian Lin and new anti-SARS
product Pidotimod. Xianju Pharmacy will strength the production development
in the next 5 years. It forecasts that it will throw 2 new products
into the market every year from 2003. It will contribute more to the
medical industry development of our country. |
